Fotogenie

Working with Andre Duvenhage and Fotogenie was a great experience. Andre really takes the time to get to know a couple and to create a relationship with them.  We thoroughly enjoyed the pre-shoot before the wedding as this gave us an opportunity to understand and discover what poses, lighting and types of photos we liked best.  Andre also guides and gives advice as to what type of photo's are best suited for you.  His friendly and humorous personality takes the stress away from the wedding day and made being the centre of attention great fun. We feel this really made a difference to how relaxed we felt and the ensuing quality of our photo's. With his natural flair for photography, years of experience and state of the art equipment Andre really captures the emotion of every moment.  We have had nothing but praise and admiration for our wedding photo's.  Andre's work is of an exceptional quality and he takes time to make each and every photo the perfect photo.  It is a wonderful experience to look back at all the beautiful moments Andre captured for us - he really captured our dreams! Hi Jilda. I remember the first day we met at the Bridal Expo.  You were so friendly and asked me when I'm getting married and do I have a photographer.  I looked on your website and immediately liked your natural style.  You made everthing so easy from the first official meeting with my fiance right through to the reception.  On our wedding day you knew just when to click and how we had to stand or sit for which photos and you were so patient.  Your turnaround time is excellent, we were hardly married and then we got the photos.  We were ecstatic when we saw our photos.  It was even better than what we imagined.   I just love how warm and ''unposed' our photos look.  The 5x7 Photos really make a big difference.  I can't explain in words how grateful we are that you took so much care with our precious memories.   Dealing with you has always been an absolute pleasure Thank you, Ashley & Gail Sylvester (Cape Town)

I would like to let you know that our pictures look absolutely amazing, everyone who has gone through the album, thus far, has had only had good things to say. The photos look so natural and real and the colours that you've captured are just awesome. The bigger photo's and the black album, that you advised, definitely bring a different look and feel to the pictures. Bundu Country Lodge

Hi, Hats off to the staff of Bundu Country Lodge!  Their service excellence has facilitated a perfect wedding!  I couldn't have asked for anything more!  They had just the right answers to all my queries and my doubts and referred me to an excellent DJ, hairdresser and make up artist.   During the wedding they had one of their senior staff members present right through till the end to ensure a smooth and trouble-free wedding!  Their food is absolutely define and they ensure that they cater for more than enough!  And their prices are very reasonable.  I can really recommend their venue for any future brides-to-be's! Goeiedag Patricia, Baie dankie nogmaals vir n suksesvolle dag met Karen & West se troue. Alles was puik, die reelings, fasiliteite en kos. Dit het alles bygedra tot die sukses van hul groot dag. Goeiedag, Gun my die geleentheid om jul te komplimenteer oor die puik troue van Saterdag 02 Julie 2005. Ek kon sien persoonlike aandag was definatief die leuse van die dag. Alles was georganiseerd, en puik. As ek iets benodig het is dit dadelik gebring. En die manier waarop jul jul personeel behandel is ook absoluut van die boonste rakke af. Ek was nou al by baie troues, en self my eie troue waar ons persoonlike aandag gewaarborg was (by ‘n ander venue) was nie eens ‘n ¼ van wat ek Saterdag beleef het nie. Beste Patricia & Ernerst, Ek en Ben wil net graag weereens bedank vir die pragtige troue wat Sonet & Willem daar by Casa Mia gehad het verlede Saterdag. Ons het soveel komplimente van gaste ontvang dat ek dit ook aan julle wil oordra.  Alles het so glad verloop danksy julle goeie reelings en koordinering. Die seremonie buite in die tuin was vir baie van ons familie n eerste keer om dit so te beleef en hoeveel het vir my kom se dat dit sprokiesmooi was. Die kos was heerlik, net jammer ek het nie vir n tweede skeppie gegaan nie. Ek sou graag wou weet hoe jy die patats maak, want ek sou dit vir nagereg bedien, so lekker is dit! Maar dit is seker n geheimpie. Dra ook ons dank oor aan jou mammie, Patricia. Die blomme was pragtig gedoen – ons kon nie vir mooier gevra het nie. Die troue was vir ons so lekker dat ek amper vandag wens dat dit verlede Vrydag kon wees. Al knaag die senuwees mos maar voor so geleenheid, weet ek nou dat dit sommer alles pure verniet was met julle aan stuur van sake.Ernest, baie dankie vir jou ekstra gasvryheid teenoor die “kannie-doders” wat Saterdagaand tot laat gekuier het. Dankie ook aan al die kelners en personeel wat ook hul beskeie deel gedoen het. Ons sal hierdie geleentheid altyd koester as baie spesiaal en vir enige iemand wat my vra, julle altyd aanbeveel.
